RoboForm for BlackBerry allows you to store and view RoboForm Passcards, Identities and Safenotes on your BlackBerry device.

Supported Devices

Any BlackBerry 5.X OS or higher device with a MicroSD card for external storage.

Install RoboForm for BlackBerry

You can install RoboForm for BlackBerry in two ways:

Over-The-Air (OTA) Installation
Using the BlackBerry Internet browser on the device, open this link:
http://www.roboform.com/dist/roboform-for-blackberry.jad
it will prompt to download/install RoboForm for BlackBerry.
Using BlackBerry Desktop Manager
1) Download both the ".alx" and ".cod" files to your computer into the same folder:

- http://www.roboform.com/dist/roboform-for-blackberry.cod
Note: If you are having trouble downloading either of the above files, please right-click the link, and choose "Save Target As..." or "Save Link As..." to force the download.

2) Connect your BlackBerry device to your PC using a USB cable, and start the BlackBerry Desktop Manager.
3) Start the Application Loader.
4) Click "Add" at the top, select the downloaded ".alx" file. Clicking continue will complete the installation.

For BlackBerry 4.X OS you may use an older RoboForm for Blackberry version 1.2.6:

Features and Manual

Viewer Only, no Form Filler

You only can view RoboForm data on BlackBerry device, cannot edit it. Also RoboForm does not fill forms on BlackBerry, its primary function is to view Passcards, Safenotes and Identities that you accumulated on your desktop. You can, however, copy data from passcards or your identities to the clipboard and then paste it into Internet browser on the device.

Form Filling is planned for the future, but there is no ETA.

Working with RoboForm for Blackberry

The default location of your RoboForm data files is "/SDCard/Roboform". You can change the path in Settings.

When viewing a Login or an Identity: "long tap" an item to copy the item value to clipboard.

When viewing a Safenote: "long tap" the Safenote to copy the whole text of the safenote to clipboard.

Synchronizing your RoboForm data files to RoboForm for BlackBerry

1) RoboForm Everywhere users can sync files to the BlackBerry device from a RoboForm Everywhere account. Click "Menu -> Sync with Server" to sync from your account.

2) Or you can copy files to the data folder on the SDCard either manually or using our GoodSync application. Download GoodSync from www.goodsync.com.
