Safenotes: A Secure Way to Store Other Sensitive Information

Think of Safenotes as secure "yellow sticky notes" protected by your Master Password. Use them to store sensitive information.


Creating a New Safenote

*Some examples of information you may want to store in a Safenote:
- ATM PINs,
- Lockbox combinations,
- Software activation codes,
- Frequent Flier Numbers



    To open the Safenote Editor, click
the RoboForm icon on the toolbar and select
Safenotes -> New.


    Create a name for your Safenote.


    Click OK.


    Enter your information in the Safenotes Editor textbox.


    Click Save & Close button.

*You can make the Safenotes button visible on the RoboForm toolbar by Right-clicking on RoboForm toolbar and selecting "Customize Toolbar." Drag Safenotes button from the left half of the dialog to the right half. Click Close to confirm.




Editing a Safenote


    To open the Safenote Editor, click the RoboForm icon on the toolbar and select Safenotes -> Edit.



    Click on the Safenote you would like to edit and make changes in the textbox.



    Click Save & Close button.
