- Ask a question or report a problem using RoboForm Support System
(RFSS) at support.roboform.com.
- Support tickets are usually answered in 2 hours or less during EST
business hours.
- RoboForm should be installed when you submit a ticket, it adds
diagnostic info that helps troubleshooting.
- If you report a problem, include exact sequence of actions that
caused the problem.
- Include all URLs visited and all buttons clicked. Report any RoboForm
options that are set to non-default values.
Billing Support
- Most transactions related to RoboForm are automated and can be
performed without calling/emailing us.
- Ask a billing question using RoboForm Support System (RFSS) at
support.roboform.com.
Phone Support is available only to paying customers, please have your
Order ID ready. You will get a better quality reply if you use
support.roboform.com, because we will be able to see RoboForm
diagnostic info in the ticket.
