International Marketing Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify and close new international channels and/or strategic partners to promote the company’s products.
  • Negotiate partner agreements and relationships to create win-win deals.
  • Track performance of initiatives versus monthly and annual metrics.
  • Oversee PR agency relationships in assigned markets. Ensure agencies perform as strategic partners in driving business growth.
  • Assist with managing search marketing campaigns in select regions. Develop keyword strategies, manage bids, and optimize campaigns.
  • Identify and close new marketing opportunities. Manage budgets and achieve target metrics for campaign efficiencies. Achieve market new customer acquisition goals and achieve CPA targets for subscriber acquisition.
  • Serve as the leader in championing consumer insight to internal and external colleagues. Develop a strong insight on customer targets, product adoption and usage and associated messaging/positioning. Understand uniqueness of different markets around the world and adapt programs to reflect local nuances.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 5-7+ years of marketing or business development experience with significant International exposure. Prior software experience a very strong plus.
  • Ability to speak at least one European language, preferably German.
  • Demonstrated excellence in business relationship-building skills.
  • Thorough understanding of market research, data collection and analysis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests concurrently.
  • Ability to problem solve and bring timely resolution to issues.
  • Experience working in both domestic and international markets.
  • BA/BS degree, preferably in Marketing/International Marketing.

Software Sales Account Executive

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Building upon our recent successful software sales track record, the SSAE will promote and sell our best of breed software products primarily to Small and Medium sized businesses.
  • Assist in management of the sales pipeline and maintain a client reference database for our software.
  • We work primarily with inbound sales leads; as such you will prospect, generate and cultivate new business, and close deals based on these inbound leads by effectively communicating a unique value proposition.
  • Direct responsibility for the identification, contact, qualification and development of viable new/existing accounts (outbound leads) for our software products and services to meet specific sales targets.
  • Responsible for the initiation and arrangement of software product demonstrations as needed. Maintains knowledge required for detailed product demonstration and customized presentations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle. Through a consultative approach, persuade customer to make a decision/recommendation for Siber’s products.
  • Gather product enhancements requests and provide formal feedback to marketing and development teams. Gather competitive strategies and prepare effective counterstrikes.
  • Create and revise marketing materials and sales collateral using Microsoft Office products and Adobe (PDFs).
  • Execute direct marketing/lead follow-up via email.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • The successful candidate will have three to five years proven track record of selling software to all sized companies with a proven track record of exceeding quota objectives.
  • Exceptional ability to motivate and influence key contacts and decision makers required with strong presentation preparation and delivery skills.
  • Proven talent for making effective warm and cold calls to target companies with expertise to develop relationships from call or networking activity.
  • Ability to develop rapport and a relationship with people of diverse personalities, backgrounds and job descriptions.
  • Effective at ascertaining client critical business issues and matching needs with our software products/services, and devising strategy with prospects and clients.
  • Ability to effectively learn technical products, services and solutions and readily apply new knowledge required.
  • Proficiency in Windows based applications (WORD, EXCEL and Power Point) and database structure is highly preferred. Prior experience with SalesForce and Acrobat Professional software a strong plus.
  • Client-focused; comfortable and professional when talking to customers.
  • Highly organized with the ability to develop procedures to ensure efficiency of efforts and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to manage sales pipeline effectively.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude: self-motivated, self-directed.
  • Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of sales or sales management experience.

Senior C++ Windows Developer

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop new features for RoboForm and/or GoodSync.
  • Analyze customer requirements and write specifications for it.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision on large sub-projects.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in C++ development.
  • At least B. Sc. or comparable university degree.
  • C++ systems programming.
  • Must know Win32 API, COM, ATL or learn it quickly.
  • Windows GUI development a big plus.
  • MSHTML and IE internals a big plus.
  • Firefox internals a big plus.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Port GoodSync and/or RoboForm from Windows to Mac.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • C++ or Objective C,
  • Mac OS APIs,
  • Mac UI design,
  • Browser integration a big plus.
  • Must have experience in large C++ software projects on Mac.

Customer Support Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries from prospective and existing customers via phone and email.
  • Solve customer complaints with a positive attitude, keeping all parties goals in mind.
  • Perform various administrative tasks related to client accounts.
  • Accurately explain Siber Systems. products and services.
  • Work closely with rest of team to ensure our customer.s needs are fully met.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Exceptional relationship building skills and an ability to make a great first impression and build rapport immediately.
  • Experience in technical support, inbound help desk/customer relations is ideal.
  • Strong computer skills, including demonstrable experience with MS Office.
  • Internet Savvy with previous .com experience a plus.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems.
  • Customer-minded and attention to detail is extremely important. Must show ability to follow-up on details until the job is complete.
  • Knowledge of computer software, programming, and understanding how they work is a strong plus.
  • Foreign language skills are a plus.
