Your approach sounds directly opposite to traditional SSO implementations. What is your approach and why is it so different?

Because of the complexity required to ‘touch’ every system and application in your infrastructure, they rarely deliver on the promise of reducing logins down to one single password.

Also, with traditional SSO, all passwords are stored in a central database, so if any unauthorized user gets access to the database, the entire enterprise will be compromised. Having to then reset all these passwords is a dubious and costly effort. Also, in a standard SSO implementation, you need to assemble all of your passwords for all users into the one central database, even if some of the users will never use many of the passwords.
