Frequently Asked Questions

Passwords and Security

What is a Passcard?

When a user accesses an application and enters login information, RoboForm Enterprise captures and stores that information into an encrypted file, called a ‘Passcard.’ All login information, i.e., all ‘Passcards’, are protected using a single, Master Password; so an end user needs to remember only one password, and RoboForm Enterprise remembers the rest.

When a user then subsequently accesses the password-protected application, RoboForm Enterprise automatically retrieves the Passcard, i.e., ‘remembers’ and retrieves their username/password, and logs them in with one click.

Please direct all RoboForm Enterprise inquiries to rf-enterprise@roboform.com
or call +1 (703) 218-1851 x118. Reseller inquiries are welcome.
