RoboForm Enterprise securely stores employee usernames and passwords in encrypted ‘Passcards’ using industry-standard 256-bit, AES encryption with a single, Master Password as a key. When an employee accesses a password-protected application or Web site, RoboForm Enterprise automatically retrieves their login data and logs them in with one click. The Master Password is protected on the client and known only to employee, keeping it confidential and secured from outsiders. So an employee only has to remember one Master Password and RoboForm Enterprise remembers the rest.
