Since RoboForm Enterprise will remember all passwords, you can now enforce that your employees use more complex, hard-to-guess passwords for all logins. Your employees no longer will take unsecure shortcuts like writing passwords down, storing them in unsecure files, or telling other employees.

RoboForm Enterprise offers a flexible Policy Editor, which allows you to set specific password and usage guidelines at the enterprise level. It also includes a secure password generator, which automatically generates secure, randomized passwords with specified parameters (e.g., number of alphanumeric characters, length, etc.) without burdening employees, allowing you to create and enforce more complex passwords enterprise-wide.

RoboForm Enterprise fights ‘Phishing’ by linking sensitive Web site login information only to the correct URL. RoboForm Enterprise will only recognize valid URLs that are associated with login information. A fake site would not be recognized and therefore login information would not be provided automatically.

It also defeats Keyloggers. RoboForm Enterprise does not require using a keyboard to type passwords. RoboForm Enterprise includes an optional Virtual Keyboard feature to "type" the Master Password; and keyloggers cannot detect it. Since there are no keystrokes, there's nothing for keyloggers to detect or transmit.
