Safenotes: A Secure Way to Store Other Sensitive Information
Think of Safenotes as secure "yellow sticky notes" protected by your Master Password. Use them to store sensitive information.
Creating a New Safenote
Some examples of information you may want to store in a Safenote:
- ATM PINs
- Lockbox combinations
- Software activation codes
- Frequent Flier Numbers
- To open the Safenote Editor, click the RoboForm icon on the toolbar and select Safenotes -> New.
- Create a name for your Safenote.
- Click OK.
- Enter your information in the Safenotes Editor textbox.
- Click the Save & Close button.
* You can make the Safenotes button visible on the RoboForm toolbar by Right-clicking on RoboForm toolbar and selecting Customize Toolbar. Drag the Safenotes button from the left half of the dialog to the right half. Click Close to confirm.
Editing a Safenote
- To open the Safenote Editor, click the RoboForm icon on the toolbar and select Safenotes -> Edit.
- Click on the Safenote you would like to edit and make changes in the textbox.
- Click the Save & Close button.
